Thanksgiving Autumn Leaves Manicure
Hello, lovelies!
Today I have one of my new favorite manicures. I'm a sucker for dark vampy colors this time of year. They just scream "autumn," and you all know how I feel about an accent nail (or three). This is crazy easy and looks insanely intricate. The trick? Water decals!
A website called Born Pretty contacted me a little while back. I'd like to begin by making it perfectly clear that this is not a sponsored post. I am not being paid to use or endorse their products. In fact, I'd actually purchased from them in the past and jumped at the idea of reviewing/demoing some of their newer products. Even better? They gave me a coupon code to pass on to you all! For 10% off the ENTIRE WEBSITE use coupon code: AINW10.
Awesomesauce? Yup.
Now, on to the tutorial!

Haunted Halloween Treats
Hello lovelies!
It's that time of year again! Happy Haunted Days! Halloween is a time of fun foods, silly tricks and all around fun. To help get you in the spirit, and liven up any get together, I compiled a few of my favorite simply spooky halloween treats. Click on the video below to see step by step instructions on each of these spooky treats.
First up, we have our "Mummy Dogs". These are by no means an original. They've been around forever, but who can resist them? They're adorable and you get to play with your food.
These only require three ingredients: hot dogs, crescent roll dough, and red pepper flakes (optional).
Next up are the "Witch's Brooms". Talk about simple, these babies are only two ingredients: pretzel sticks and string cheese. These are great for any party, any age. They remind me of the broom Mickey uses in Fantasia that comes to life and wreaks havoc. Luckily for us, this has never happened, so they should be safe.
For dessert/ a sweeter snack, there are "Bloody Bandages". These come to life with a little help from a few props. Once again, this recipe only requires three ingredients: graham crackers, cream cheese, and strawberry jam (or raspberry...really anything red).
To wash it all down, we have a true classic, the Shirley Temple. To put a festive twist on this favorite, use syringes to inject the grenadine into the beverage. If you'd like to make these more adult friendly, just add your spirit of choice.
Watch this video to see step-by-step how to create all of these treats.
Thanks for stopping by! xoxox

Orange Lip Trend
Watch out, lovelies! I think I'm in love. ♥ ♥ ♥ Luckily for me (and you) this trend it seems to have some serious lasting power. Show some love for the orange lip!
From the runway to the red carpet, even the supermarket, this trend has officially taken over. Everyone from Ashley Benson (one of the stars from my not-so-guilty-pleasure PLL) to "Scandal"s Kerry Washington, even the cashier at Trader Joe's can be found rocking this look. It's appeal is virtually is limitless.

First Impression Review : L'Oreal Magic Nude Liquid Powder Foundation
Hello lovelies!
So, I've been rather curious about this "magic" little baby. It's been out for quite some time at this point and is by no means a new product. I didn't feel the need to run out and buy it when it first hit the shelves, but last time I was in CVS perusing the makeup department all L'Oreal products were on sale. Leave it to me to use a sale as an excuse to buymakeup anything. Anyways, enough with the blabbing, on to the review:

Ombré Heart Valentines Manicure
Today I have a fun and easy Valentines-y nail tutorial for you all. This is a manicure that I wear often (not just for this holiday). It is fun and cute and as always, totally customizable. One of my favorite ways to make the look a bit more suitable for summer is to use teal in the place of pink. Have fun and make it your own!

Winter Snowflake Nails featuring Konad
Hi, Lovelies!
So sorry for my serious MIA as of late! The holidays have certainly kept me busy.
I figured that a great way to jump back into the swing of things was to do a fun, festive, and surprisingly simple manicure. This can be worn all winter long; alter the color scheme to match your mood.
