Ingredients:
• 1 can chick peas• 1Tbs garam masala (Indian spice blend. You can use curry powder too, but the g.m. has a nice sweetness to it)
• 2 tsp olive oil
• 1/2 tsp salt
Serve with cilantro and yogurt sauce. |
Bake for 15 minutes then give chicks a quick toss. Replace in oven and continue cooking for another 15(ish) minutes. Keep an eye on them at this point to avoid burning. When they become nice and crispy, remove form oven and allow to cool. Garnish with chopped cilantro and raita if you like. You can store these little gals in an air tight container for a week or so, if you'd like, but I never get that far.
