Yield: 2 (tea cups)
Ingredients:
- 4 oz dark chocolate (the darker/higher quality the better)
- 1 1/2 cup milk (use whatever type you prefer)
- 2 Tbs sugar
- 1 Tbs cornstarch (the more you use, the thicker the cocoa)
- 1 Tb water
- Whipped cream (fresh is preferred, but in a pinch, the canned kind does wonderfully)
