Spring Floral Manicure

Hello lovelies!
I love spring! It's the perfect time of year. What is there not to love? Sunny days, flowing dresses, and flowers everywhere... Even on your fingertips!

I was inspired by one of my favorite dishtowels. I know this is maybe an odd thing to be inspired by, but it's just so cute and so pretty. Of course adding in some polkadots, stripes and glitter didn't hurt at all.

Hello lovelies!
I've been having a crazy chocolate craving lately. I don't know what is going on. It's like the chocolate monster has taken over. I've been hoarding any and all mini cadbury eggs that I can find and have created a fairly sizable stash that should last me well into the summer.... but now I'm just rambling.

What I'm trying to tell you is that I came up with just the thing to satiate my cocoa cravings: single serve s'mores cake. Made in the microwave. How easy is that!?

Did I mention that I used homemade marshmallows? This is officially the best thing ever. I mean, marshmallows and chocolate basically equal heaven. What's not to love?

Hey Everyone,        

                I was making breakfast this morning and took a picture of some eggs and then it hit me! Break into Ariel's blog while she's gone for the week without her knowing and post my breakfast ! Its been deemed the blog takeover! or just me making breakfast with a nicer plate.

Get Ready With Me: Masquerade Ball

Hello, Lovelies!

I recently had the opportunity to attend a fantastic Relay for Life event. Now, as far as relay events go, they're all great. It's for a good cause, after all. This one just so happened to be a fundraising masquerade ball! More like "fun-raising"! It was a blast.

One of my close friends is part of the local relay team, and every spring there is a large fundraising banquet. Last year had a 50's sock hop theme (also a blast).

This year, however, was a freakin' masquerade ball. Let me just tell you how overly excited I was when I found this out. I immediately had visions of venetian gowns, grand canals and music floating through the air... I knew I had to make my own mask.
